You could design your own metadata templates that could store patient info in the photos.īut what are you using already to track patients? it doesn't have a way to interact with stored photos? If you just store the photos in the Finder on say a server or NAS then Adobe Bridge might work. It could do everything you ask, although it won't edit photos (do that before they're entered into the database). Another way to go is to design a Filemaker database it could include photos as well. There aren't tons of multi user organizers for photos that aren't enterprise-level, but one that is suitable is Photo Supreme by IDimager. Is this possible with any software out there? The database can be local or on the cloud (like dropbox).

I have 3-4 imac and macbooks at my office and i need the database to be centralized so that all macs use the same database and work on the same database. I am a plastic surgeon and i need to organize my patient’s photos. It is important to be able to print a number of pictures on a same page, zoom in-out, one next to the other like Aperture etc. I need a photo management program with simple functions, mainly with the functionalitites of Aperture.
